While all that is said here is accurate, there is key concept at it's core which holds far more sway: Religion. The reality is that the overwhelming majority of Trump supporters loathe sections of society, but do not have the mettle to admit/address what that hatred says about them as a human. This is where religion steps in. If they believe in a God who hates a particular demographic which they also hate, then they can claim the way they feel towards those groups is not hatred, but a love of God. It fits like a hand in a glove, whereby they can persecute those groups to the nth degree, but internalizing a faux morality that they 'Just doing God's work'. This concept has been utilized throughout history, including the Witch Trials and before. Back then, it was used to to put the fear of God into everyone for even the slightest transgretion, or even percieved so, against authority. All while convincing large sections of the masses that it was righteousness rather than a fear-based tyranny. The abortion/contraception issues are nether day examples of the same. Those raised in a strict religious upbringing will almost invarably have felt the weight of sexual repression, with no sex before marriage being seen as the only acceptable mode. This has the effect of those who have suffered under that repression raising their offspring within the framework of that oppression, rationalizing that if they suffered under its God-imposed jackboot, then why shouldn't others? If someone is not religious, then how can that oppression be imposed? Simply by imposing the real-world measures of attacking contraception and abortion whereby people can engage in sexual activity if they so wish, without the reprocussion of unwanted pregnancy/children. They see (or claim to see) such as a righteous punishment on the 'sinful', brought about by God. Their actual concern for the 'life' or the feotus can be gauged as counterfeit due to the disparity between that and the life of the child when it has actually been born. If they truly believed that God will punish those who use contraception and/or have abortions, then they should have no problem just letting him/her sort it out once the person has shuffled off their mortal coil. The truth is, there is no benefit to be yolked from that, nor a true belief in it. Hence they want measures in place to punish the 'sinful' in the here and now, and that punishment being unwanted pregnancies follow to term. Attacks on abortion and contraception are attacks on sexual freedom, nothing more. It's the same reason they hate the LQBT community so much, as they can engage in sexual freedom without invoking 'God's wrath' of unwanted pregnancy. The AIDS pandemic did serve this purpose, and many were vocal about that being 'God's wrath on the sinful' for a time. It's lost its effect though as the condition is now highly treatable through meds, with most HIV+ people living a normal life-expectancy. Very odd that an omnipotent God would allow scientists to develop treatments to counteract his wrath plus greatly reduce transmission, don't you think? They'd attack HIV+ meds in the same way they attack contraception if they could without giving the game away and letting the world see what really goes on it their heads.

The US is the one who opened the door for Iran to expand its influence when they removed Sunni leadership in Iraq and gave it to Iran allies. This was not for free so Iran has to pay the favor back. Think about the fireworks wich Iran showed in its latest theatre against Israel! That was a much needed action so Israel plays the victim card again and got more support and supplies from the US and the west. And they will not use this against Iran but against Sunni Gaza (Rafah). The media shows a different picture but hamdoullah many start seeing the truth!!!

One aspect not mentioned is Brain Drain. As he mentioned, the Chaebols were backed by the SK govt. This backing has been a long term problem as they hold so much power that they basically control the economy contributing 80% of the GDP. This has created a situation we're unless you're employed with a Chaebol your future is uncertain and with limited positions very few make it there. So for many young South Koreans they feel they have to leave to have any chance at a good life. Many end in the US. If you look up demographics there are 2.6 million Koreans in America which is pretty insane when you see that's 5% of the current population in South Korea

Anyone who says LDP being conservative shouldn't talk about Japanese politics. Both CDP and Ishin-no-kai are more right wing than LDP and they are basically populists of different kind. CDP is popular amongst the dankai generation, and recent hike in palls is merely the result of the fact that Gen Z are grandchildren of the dankai generation. Ishin-no-kai is popular amongst western Japan. The core of LDP is economy and diplomacy and national security, and most of LDP is those who made concession to them and chose to get dividend of LDP's name value. Recently, LDP pushed LGBT law and it pissed off some of right wing LDP members so much that they formed brand new Conservative Party of Japan, and they discovered they had nothing in common aside from being pissed of by LGBT law. This is the state of Japanese conservatism. Unless they can agree on what they want to conserve, anti-LDP coalition remains fragmented and LDP will keep its dominance.
